Malware scanning

Every downloadable file is automatically scanned for malware before it goes live, and re-scanned whenever a maker publishes a new version. When a file passes, you’ll see a “Scanned” badge on the tool. Files that fail are blocked from publishing.

We’re honest about the limits: no automated scan catches everything, and very large files may exceed what the scanner can inspect (those simply don’t get the badge). Treat downloads with the same caution you would anywhere on the internet — run your own antivirus, look at the maker’s profile and ratings, and don’t run something you don’t trust. Tools are built by independent makers, not by Aigora, and you download and run them at your own risk. The full legal version of this lives in our Terms.

Reviews you can trust

Ratings and reviews come only from people who actually acquired the tool — you can’t review something you haven’t gotten, and you can’t review your own tool. That keeps the ratings honest instead of stuffed.

Payments & payouts

All payments run through Stripe. Aigora never sees or stores your card details. Makers receive their payout share through Stripe Connect, and the maker is the merchant of record for each sale.

Refunds

If a tool doesn’t work out, start with the maker — their profile is linked on every tool page. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the tool drops out of your Library once a refund is processed. More in the Help center.

Your account

Sensitive details — your email, payout connection, and reviewer/owner status — are protected at the database level so they can’t be read or altered by other users. Use a strong, unique password, and don’t reuse one from another site.

Reporting a problem

Found a tool that looks malicious, infringing, or misrepresented? Tell us at support@aigora.store with a link to the listing and what you saw. We review reports and remove tools that violate our Terms.
