Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Aigora for using the marketplace. Plain language, but it’s the real thing — please read it.

1. Accepting these terms
By using Aigora (the “Service”) — browsing, buying, or listing tools — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing on its behalf.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don’t share your account, impersonate others, or sign up if you’re under the age your local law requires for a binding contract. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. What Aigora is
Aigora is a marketplace. Tools are created, owned, and supported by independent makers — not by Aigora. We provide the platform that lists them, processes payments, and delivers them; we are not the seller of, and do not author, the tools themselves. A purchase is a transaction between you and the maker.
4. Buying tools
Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. Depending on the tool you receive a hosted link or a downloadable file, available in your Library. Some tools require your own third-party accounts or API keys; the listing describes what’s needed.
5. Selling tools (makers)
If you list a tool, you confirm you have the right to sell it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or contain malicious code. You set the price, you keep 90% of each sale (Aigora retains a 10% platform fee), and you are the merchant of record for your sales. You’re responsible for supporting your tool, honoring reasonable refund requests, and keeping your listing accurate. You grant Aigora the license needed to host, display, market, and deliver your tool through the Service.
6. Payments, payouts & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe; by transacting you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Aigora doesn’t store your card details. Maker payouts are made through Stripe Connect on Stripe’s payout schedule. Refunds, when approved, return to your original payment method, and access to the refunded tool is removed. Because makers are the merchant of record, refund decisions are primarily theirs; Aigora may also reverse a transaction where these Terms or law require it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload or distribute malware, or anything designed to harm, disable, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- list tools you don’t have the rights to, or that infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- post illegal content, or content that’s deceptive, fraudulent, or misrepresents what a tool does;
- scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service, or try to bypass its security or payment controls;
- manipulate rankings, reviews, or download counts.
We may remove tools and suspend accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual property
Makers keep ownership of their tools. Aigora’s own brand, site, and software remain ours. If you believe something on Aigora infringes your rights, contact us at support@aigora.store and we’ll review it.
9. Third-party tools, scanning & “as is” disclaimer
Tools are provided by third-party makers “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make a genuine effort to keep the marketplace safe — including automated malware scanning of downloadable files before they’re published (see Trust & safety) — but scanning is best-effort and cannot catch everything. Aigora does not warrant that any tool is free of malware, viruses, or harmful components, that it will work as described, or that it’s fit for your purpose. You download, install, and run tools at your own risk, and you’re responsible for your own security precautions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any tool obtained through it — including any damage caused by malware or harmful code that a scan did not detect. To the extent we are found liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through Aigora in the three months before the claim, or US $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
If you’re a maker, you agree to cover Aigora for claims arising from the tools you list, including claims that they infringe rights or caused harm, to the extent the law allows.
12. Termination
You can stop using Aigora anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) continue after termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above; continuing to use Aigora after a change means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Aigora is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email support@aigora.store.
